NSU Makes Unprecedented Jump in National Rankings

For the first time in NSU’s history, the university has broken into the top one-half of all national, doctoral research universities in the 2023 U.S. News & World Report rankings.

With the ranking agency adding more new schools to the national research university category year after year – this year the total in our category has reached 440 out of the 4,000+ colleges and universities in the U.S.

Other ranking highlights include:

• NSU remains a top school for Ethnic Diversity.
• NSU remains a top school for Social Mobility (meaning we enroll and graduate low-income students in strong numbers)

• NSU breaks into the list of Best Colleges for Veterans.
