Between 2015 and 2019 NSU Law has earned over 20 Trial Advocacy awards and accolades. The winning students, teammates, and coaches commit countless hours to researching the legal issues at the heart of each competition and practicing the oral advocacy to present their cases before juries and judicial panels. The students carefully draft briefs and other legal documents to demonstrate their knowledge and technical skills on the issues. To prepare students to win on a national level, NSU Law offers an effective mix of specialized skills courses, clinical and field placement and extracurricular offerings. The students’ determination, dedication, success in written briefs, in trials settings, and in appellate settings set them apart as national champions. NSU Law advocacy programs are successful because of the dedication and inspiration of the alumni community, coaches and preeminent faculty.
